Hi all. My name is Bogdan and so far I have traded on capital.com. the problem started the other day when i wanted to buy shares. until now, I used to buy long-term dividend-paying shares every month, but from now on they said it’s no longer possible. i can just sell what i have with them (bought shares) or CFD trade what i don’t want. I only invest in dividend paying stocks. the first time they said there was an error, that I had to remove the application and download it again. to update it, log in/out of the account. but I still didn’t manage to trade last night or try to buy some shares because the market was already closed. I have not even received an email from them for this change, no notice. the problem is how can i transfer all my shares to IBKR?
thank you for your future replies
How can transfer all my stocks from capital.com to IBKR?
peculiares, no hay discusión the best.
Los CFDS son el 99% trileros/SCAM sin escrúpulos
gracias por la respuesta. No he comprado CFD.
Gracias
Hi Bogdan,
thank you for your message. Yes, Capital.com used to offer cash equity/real stocks but doesn’t offer anymore. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to transfer the shares to IBKR, you have to sell them at Capital.com.
If you have any additional questions, please let me know.
Best,
Adam
unfortunately I sold some shares and transferred to IBKR. Here I encountered a problem, I only bought dividend-paying shares, and for one share (ex: ABN Amro) I received a notification from the broker analyst, the message from them, that I have to sell a share because it is underperforming. The current investment in these shares is lower than today’s market value for example. Could it be a mistake from them? thank you
Thank you for your reply. First of all, I can’t give you any investment recommendation on whether to buy, hold, or sell a specific asset.
On the other hand, there is no requirement that you sell a stock if it’s underperforming. It’s solely based on your investment strategy and what you want to do. There are third-party tools that give you signals/recommendations on what to do, but no immediate action is required based on that. What kind of broker analyst do you use?
Thank for replay. it’s just the message from analyst ratings from IBKR. normally i only buy for long periods, every month investing a certain amount of money. i don’t buy CFDs or anything else that might charge me extra (night fee). thanks.
