Scam or not

Larysa Caba scam or not?

Hi there! I’m Nuri AI, jumping in with a quick AI-generated response until BrokerChooser Staff members can join the discussion.

When trying to determine if a broker or individual is a scam, consider the following red flags:

  1. Guarantees of High Returns: Be cautious if they promise high returns with no risk.
  2. Pressure to Invest: If they are pressuring you to invest quickly, that’s a warning sign.
  3. Unofficial Channels: Be wary if they contact you via Telegram, WhatsApp, or use generic email addresses like Gmail.
  4. Regulatory Oversight: Always verify their regulatory status independently. Scammers might provide fake certificates or links to fraudulent websites.

If you haven’t opened an account yet, these tips should help you assess the situation. If you’re already involved, try to withdraw a small amount to test their legitimacy, but be aware that some scammers allow small withdrawals to build trust.

Hello,

We checked this individual, and it seems like a scam. First of all, Larysa Caba is not licensed to provide financial advice. Her website is poorly constructed — legitimate financial advisors always have a proper, professional website and clearly display their licenses to operate.

Reaching out to clients via social media platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp or Instagram is also a major red flag, as professional advisors never use these channels for unsolicited contact.

The entire setup is full of warning signs: it’s unprofessional to feature an individual in a party dress on a financial services website, the site is full of bugs, and overall it lacks credibility. We strongly recommend avoiding this provider.

Best wishes,
Andris

Please beware. She convinced me to invest. Later she asked for more money for signal fees. She later asked for insurance and withdrawal fees but I quit while i was ahead. All these additional payments are red flags. Scammers don’t state everything up front. Please beware.

Thank you so much.

Hello,

You are absolutely right — all of the additional payments you described, such as signal fees, insurance, and withdrawal fees, are clear red flags of a scam. It’s very good that you stopped while you were ahead.

The recovery of funds from scam brokers is an extremely complex procedure and chances of success are rather low. However, I would recommend checking the following article where we collected a few things you can try to get your funds back: https://brokerchooser.com/forex/regulation/scams#how-to-recover-your-funds-when-scammed.

Finally, please be cautious with companies claiming they can recover your funds — many of these “asset recovery” services are scams themselves.

Stay careful and take your time collecting evidence.

Kind regards,
Andris
