Galaxy securities

Hi,
Is this website a real site?
https://galaxyk.cc
Greetz

Hey,

Thanks for your message. I’ve looked into this provider and I believe it’s a scam. Please don’t send them any money.

The reasons are the following:

  • No regulatory information can be found of the company. They claim to have a legit company registration number (177174 B SIA-F217), however I double-checked and it belongs to another brokerage called Pepperstone.
  • Although their website looks appealing and seemingly offers a lot of content, but most of their pages are empty and inserted links won’t take you anywhere (e.g. check Market Analysis or Education tab). Not to mention that all the information is outdated.
  • Similarly, certain mandatory information are missing from Galaxy Securities’ website, such as privacy policy, terms and conditions, general risk disclosure etc. They provide invalid links for these documents.

If you’re looking for reliable and regulated brokers, you can find them here: https://brokerchooser.com/broker-reviews.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andris

Dear Andris,
Thanks for your information.
The reason for asking is that I did earned money by forex trading.
I could withdraw it to my Bybit account to save. So deposit and withdraw works to.
But maybe they want that I invest more and then take it all of my funds.
So you recommend The best thing I no must do is withdraw everything to my Bybit account.
Thanks for the support

Hey,

Given the concerns I previously mentioned about Galaxy Securities, please be really careful here. It is possible that they may allow small withdrawals initially to build trust, with the intention of encouraging larger deposits later on.

My advice would be to withdraw all your funds from Galaxy Securities to your Bybit account or another secure, reputable account as soon as possible.

Also, if they are requesting withdrawal taxes, commissions or any other payments, be aware that it’s a fraud. Scam brokers often request additional deposits to withdraw funds. But unfortunately, this won’t help to get your money back, only to lose more. So avoid making any additional deposits to Galaxy Securities.

If you have any further questions please let me know.

Best wishes,
Andris

Hai,
Thanks a lot for your answer and effort. Withdraw is in review so I hope that it comes back to my account.
Best wishes,
Edwin

Dear Andris,

How do you think about this information from the online help chat service. Sounds bullshit to me.
Can’t return my funds to my own account.
“Use your own wallet address to verify the account, at the same time you also need to provide my real documents information, confirm that you personally in the use of 72 hours after the verification of the funds will be returned to your Galaxy account to restore normal trading and cash function, in order to protect your account funds security this is the only way to end the wind control!”

Hey Edwin,

The message you received from the online customer service indeed sounds suspicious and it’s another warning sign that this company is a scam. Legitimate brokers and financial institutions do not typically require you to use specific wallet addresses or go through such complicated processes to withdraw your funds. Moreover, you should always be able to withdraw your funds to your account.

Here are a few points to consider:

  1. Complex Verification Process: Asking you to use your own wallet address and provide real documents for verification, with a promise to return funds in 72 hours, is unusual and unnecessarily complicated. This is a common tactic used by scam brokers to delay or prevent withdrawals.
  2. Confusing language: The claim that this is the “only way to end the wind control” to protect your account is unclear and makes no sense. Legitimate financial services have simple, clear steps for withdrawing funds and do not use confusing language.

Please avoid making any further deposits or transferring funds to accounts that are not in your name. If you haven’t done so already, consider reporting this issue to your local financial regulatory authority for further assistance.

If you need any more help, feel free to reach out.

Best wishes,
Andris
