Are these brokers legitimate?

Jeśli szukasz pewnych i regulowanych brokerów, możesz je znaleźć tutaj: https://brokerchooser.com/broker-reviews.

Pozdrawiam,
Andris

SummitWealth Capital TRADING COMPANY INC

Hi there,

There are multiple legitimate entities with similar names (e.g., Summit Wealth Group Financial Advisors, Summit Wealth Management Inc, Summit Wealth Partners LLC), but I could not find any company with the exact name “SummitWealth Capital TRADING COMPANY INC”, which is already suspicious.

As the saying goes, if something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t.

Please send me the exact URL of the company, and I’ll help you verify its legitimacy.

Best wishes,
Andris

Thanks for your response. I have no URL for the company, only an email address of info.summitwealth@collector.org and the following info:

SummitWealth Capital TRADING COMPANY INC

Hello,

I invested in OPTcoin and I am afraid I might lose my money since my late search says they are scammers. They want people to move to a new platform called shig and if they do not they cannot withdraw their money. What can I do to get my money back

Thank you

Hello InternationalExam9761,

Thanks for reaching out — I’m sorry you’re dealing with this.

What you describe (being told you must “move to a new platform” to withdraw, otherwise you lose access) is a major red flag. In many scam cases, this is used to push victims into a rebrand/migration where they’re asked for more deposits, “activation” fees, or additional personal data.

Here’s what I recommend you do immediately:

  1. Do not send any more money
  • Don’t pay “migration/activation/verification/withdrawal fees” or “taxes”.

  • Don’t share new documents, and don’t install any remote-access apps (AnyDesk/TeamViewer, etc.).

  1. Collect and save evidence
  • Website/app names and links, screenshots (balance, withdrawal errors, messages about SHIG), emails/chats, phone numbers, transaction receipts, wallet addresses, and TxIDs if crypto was involved.
  1. Contact the payment provider right away
  • Card payments: ask your bank/card issuer to open a chargeback/dispute for fraud.

  • Bank transfer: ask your bank about a recall/trace and file a fraud report.

  • Crypto: if you sent funds from an exchange (Binance/Coinbase/etc.), contact their support urgently with TxIDs and ask if they can flag/freeze the recipient if it’s tied to their platform.

  1. Report it
  • Report to your local police/cybercrime unit and your national financial regulator (especially if they claimed to be “licensed” or “regulated”).

  • Also report the profiles/groups on the platform where you were contacted (WhatsApp/Telegram/Instagram, etc.).

  1. Beware of “recovery agents”
  • Unfortunately, many victims are targeted again by people claiming they can recover funds for an upfront fee. Treat that as a likely second scam.

Regards,

Chris

thank you for relplying. i want to ask is there any way to get my money back?

InternationalExam9761 possibly it depends on how you paid and how quickly you act. Here are the best recovery routes:

1) Card payment (Visa/Mastercard) — best chance

  • Call your bank/card issuer today and request a chargeback/dispute for fraud.

  • Explain: “I invested on OPTcoin and now they refuse withdrawal unless I move to a new platform called SHIG. I believe this is a scam and I want to dispute these transactions as fraud.”

  • Provide evidence (see checklist below). Ask them to block further charges.

2) Bank transfer — time-sensitive

  • Contact your bank urgently and ask for a recall/trace and file a fraud report.

3) Crypto — hardest, but still act fast

  • If you sent crypto from an exchange (Binance/Coinbase/etc.), contact their support with the TxID(s) and ask if they can flag/freeze the receiving wallet if it’s connected to their platform.

  • If you sent crypto from a private wallet directly to a scam wallet, recovery is often unlikely — but reporting and exchange tracing can still help in some cases.

Evidence to collect (this matters for banks/exchanges/police)

Please save:

  • The OPTcoin website/app link, SHIG platform link (if any), and any “migration” instructions

  • Screenshots of your account balance, withdrawal attempts/errors, and chats/emails

  • Phone numbers, Telegram/WhatsApp usernames, email addresses

  • Payment receipts, bank statements, card transaction details

  • If crypto: wallet addresses + TxIDs

Report it

  • File a report with your local police/cybercrime unit and your financial regulator (especially if they claimed to be “licensed”).

  • Keep the case/reference number — banks often ask for it.

One more warning

Be careful of “recovery agents” who promise to get your money back for an upfront fee — that’s very commonly a second scam.

If you answer these 4 questions, I can tell you the most realistic recovery route and even draft the exact message to your bank/exchange:

  1. How did you pay? (card / bank transfer / crypto)

  2. Approx. date(s) and total amount

  3. Your country + which bank/exchange you used

  4. If crypto: which coin + TxID(s)

Regards,
Chris
