I’m trading at Capitals-gain
Upon closing and withdrawing my funds they want a 11.7 % liquidation fee.
This fee would be returned to me less One Dollar, has any ever heard of this or this company?
Also if something goes wrong in the transaction the 11.7 % is absorbed into my account of which I’m having a difficult time withdrawing.

Thanks for your message! A liquidation fee that is supposedly returned is an uncommon practice for legit trading platforms, especially if it’s 11.7% which is extremely high. Since you also have difficulties in withdrawing your funds, I suspect that you might be dealing with a scam.
