www.capitals-gain.com safe or scam broker?
Hey there,
Thanks for your message. I’ve looked into this provider and unfortunately it’s a scam. Please do not send them any money.
The reasons are the following:
- First of all, Capitals-gain operates without any regulation from recognized financial authorities. It claims to have certification from the Canadian Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (CADFIRA) and the European Financial Security (FISEU), but these certificates are falsified. Also, I believe both institutes were founded for the sole purpose of presenting scam brokers and fraudulent investment schemes as reputable.
- Secondly, their refund policy has several red flags as well. For example, the mention of a 10% deduction each month for dormant accounts is excessive and unusual compared to industry standards.
- Thirdly, the design of the website is similar to other fake brokers and there are several bugs across the page:
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Best wishes,
Andris
Thx Andra,
Is there any way I can get my money back?
Leroy
Hey Leroy,
Unfortunately, the recovery of funds from scam brokers is an extremely complex procedure and chances of success are rather low.
I would recommend checking the following article where we collected a few things you can try to get your funds back: https://brokerchooser.com/forex/regulation/scams#how-to-recover-your-funds-when-scammed.
To start with, you should report the forex scam to the appropriate authority, which is the financial regulatory body in your country that supervises forex companies.
Also, please be careful with companies offering to get your money back. There are many scams that offer asset recovery services.
Best regards,
Andris

In Canada
Hi Lee,
I’m very sorry to hear about your continued difficulties with Capitals-gain. Unfortunately, as I mentioned in my previous email, recovering funds from scam brokers is an extremely complex and challenging process, with success rates typically being quite low.
Regrettably, there isn’t much more that can be done beyond what I outlined previously. If you haven’t already, I strongly recommend reporting the issue to the relevant financial regulatory body in Canada. Additionally, please remain cautious of any companies claiming they can recover your funds, as many of them are scams as well.
If you haven’t yet, please check the article I shared earlier for some steps you can take: https://brokerchooser.com/forex/regulation/scams#how-to-recover-your-funds-when-scammed.
I wish you the best of luck in resolving this matter.
Best regards,
Andris
Hi
What do you think of Proclubteam.
I put 250 and after a week my account was more than 1000.
They gave ne a bonus of 10 000$ and after a week ( 2 weeks since opening the account) my balance is 125000$ ???
125000???
They suggested to withdraw everything but I they dont have any crediir card number or bank account number because I cancel the credit card I used to open the account
It is an scam. It look like, but… …
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. From what you’ve described, it does indeed look like a scam—likely a commission scam, which is a common fraud tactic. Scammers will show you seemingly massive returns, like your $125,000 balance, to create a false sense of success. However, once you try to withdraw, they’ll hit you with requests for hefty fees or commissions before you can access your funds.
These unrealistically high returns are a huge red flag. Legitimate investments rarely see such rapid and consistent gains. Platforms like Proclubteam often make these promises to lure victims, but they’re just manipulating numbers to get more money out of you. Since you’ve canceled the credit card you used initially, they may try to push you into paying through another method, like a bank transfer, before allowing any withdrawals. Please avoid giving them any more personal or financial information, and do not pay them any more funds.
Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions.
Best wishes,
Andris
