Hey, I took a look at BITMarkets and I wouldn’t recommend using it as:

  • It’s not regulated (however this is true unfortunately to most crypto exchanges).
  • Based on Coinmarket’s market cap data, Bitmarkets is not the top 100 crypto exchanges. This means it’s not a prominent player.
  • There are multiple negative reviews on Trustpilot.

If you would like to use crypto exchanges, I’d recommend using Coinbase as it’s a public listed company and one of the most reliable crypto exchanges. Also, you can use any of these exchanges listed on the screenshot and not suspended (they’re exchanges that satisfy strict criteria from CME to provide data to Bitcoin futures’ reference price):
