Hey, thank you for being here. First of all, I just created this post separately instead of your comment in order to make the discussion more visible to all other users.
Regarding your question about Bitrue: it’s not trusted by BrokerChooser and we wouldn’t recommend using this provider.
The crypto exchanges are not as well-regulated as online brokers, but there are a few crypto exchanges that are more reputable, such as Coinbase. Bitrue has no official/transparent company information presented and it’s listed on many regulators’ warning lists (e.g. IOSCO as per the screenshot below). Also, if you do a Google search, you can find many negative reviews of Bitrue. These are very bad signs.
