Is this company to be trusted or scam?

Hi there,

Thank you for your message. I have looked into Guru4invest and it’s a scam. Please don’t use their services or send them any money.

The reasons are the following:

  • First of all, no regulatory information can be found of the company. Reliable brokers are regulated by top-tier authorities and usually have the name of their regulator and license / regulation number shown in their footer. So it seems like Guru4Invest is not regulated at all.
  • Secondly, certain mandatory information are way too short and weird on their website, such as privacy policy, terms and conditions, and completely lack general risk disclosure etc.
  • Thirdly, the design and structure of the website is similar to other fake brokers.
  • More concerningly, they are recommended by CoinMarketCap, which is a scam broker itself. This raises serious red flags, and it is highly suspicious.

Reporting a scam is important because it helps protect others from falling victim, assists authorities in taking action against fraudsters, and raises awareness to prevent similar incidents in the future. Unfortunately, the recovery of funds from scam brokers is an extremely complex procedure and chances of success are rather low.

Nei, dette er ikke normalt.
Legitime meglere eller investeringsplattformer kan ta et lite uttaksgebyr, men det blir alltid trukket fra din eksisterende saldo, ikke noe du må sette inn ekstra for. Slike gebyrer er vanligvis små (ofte mellom 0–100 USD), ikke tusenvis av euro.

Å bli bedt om å sende €5 000 bare for å få tilbake dine egne penger er et stort faresignal og samsvarer med typiske svindelmønstre som beskrevet ovenfor. Vennligst ikke send dem flere midler, og hvis du allerede har gjort det, samle bevisene dine og rapporter det til banken og relevante myndigheter.
