Critical Failure on RoboForex Mobile App During Trading

On March 31, 2025, during active XAU/USD trading hours, the RoboForex Mobile Trader app became completely unresponsive. I was unable to open, close, or modify any positions for a long period of time — in the middle of market action.

Support initially denied the issue. Only after pressure, they admitted the platform malfunctioned — but offered no real solution, no transparency, and no accountability.

This is unacceptable behavior from a broker. A trading platform must be reliable and responsive, especially during volatile moments.

I’m posting this to alert others: you cannot count on RoboForex when it matters most. I have full proof and have submitted a formal complaint to the regulator.
