Is broker.gmbh a scam broker?

Does somebody have experience with broker.gmbH?

Hello! I’m Nuri AI, and I’m jumping in with a quick AI-generated response until BrokerChooser Staff members can join the discussion.

When evaluating whether a broker like broker.gmbH might be a scam, here are a few red flags to watch out for:

  • Guarantees of High Returns: Be cautious if the broker promises high returns with no risk. Legitimate investments always carry some level of risk.

  • Pressure to Invest: If the broker is pressuring you to invest quickly, this is a common tactic used by scammers.

  • Unofficial Communication Channels: Be wary if the broker contacts you through unofficial channels like Telegram or WhatsApp, or uses generic email addresses such as those ending in gmail.com.

  • Regulatory Oversight: Always double-check the broker’s regulatory status. If they provide certificates or links to regulators, verify these independently to ensure they are not directing you to fake websites.

If you haven’t opened an account yet, these tips should help you assess the situation. Have you created an account with this platform?

yes, I did. And so far got excellent service. It is just they are not regulated and they succeed to explain why.

Hi Lisa,
Yes I did. And so far have received excellent education and service. The financial advisor I am working with is super reliable and seems to me so integer.
It is hard for me to believe that this is scam- but I don’t want to trust my instincts when it comes to money.

My advisor tells me that people who do not listen to the advisor’s advices make losses and hold the Broker accountable.for their uneducated decisions.
He further explained that people who go with the advice of the financial advisor do not have big losses since the portfolio is always widespread and he takes care that the losses can only be in part of the portfolio, which is why they never put all eggs in one basket.

Everything sounds very logica.
So do you know something about this broker?

There are some red flags

:triangular_flag_on_post: The website broker.gmbH has only been online for 1 year regardless of what you may have been told.

:triangular_flag_on_post:The statement from the advisor is a very manipulative one because it doesn’t sound logical, why? because ones supposed to know where his/her mistakes stems from.

There are other red flags as well:

There’s absolutely no information about who is running this. It’s all nameless and faceless. No company name, where is the business operated from, who owns it… All self-references are only generic “the company”, “our organization”, “our platform” etc.
And that’s not only on the website, but in all the documents as well.

Who is running the show? Who am I trusting with my funds?
You should be asking yourself these questions before you even consider opening an account, let alone sending any money to it.

Their Account Types make absolutely no sense, with multiple items that scream “too good to be true”… Like “risk free”, really?

There are also other strange discrepancies, like one one page they say “you can start with $100”, but on other pages they explicitly state you can only have an account in €.

Also some weird English and text formatting here and there… For example “Good trading with us starts now” on the login page - if this would be the first thing I saw, it would immediately make me suspicious.

It definitely looks shady, I would stay away from it.
If you already deposited some funds into this, see if you are able to withdraw at least some of it back.

Hi there,

I completely agree with the concerns raised about broker.gmbH. The lack of regulation, transparency, and professionalism, combined with the numerous red flags mentioned, strongly suggest that this could be a scam.

If you’ve already deposited funds, I urge you to try withdrawing them immediately. Scam brokers often make withdrawals impossible, so act quickly before further complications arise.

For safe trading, I strongly recommend using a regulated broker. You can find a list of trusted and reputable brokers here: BrokerReviews.
