Trust pilot review of brokers

Hello,

I think this site rating is not based on customers reviews, when trust pilot is based on real customers reviews.
Interactive Broker has good rating due to low fees.

But as a client for 4 years, I’m very disappointed with their support.
a) Even if they have improved their security during this summer, it seems they’ve some internal platform design that prevents further evolutions/upgrade.
b) Each time I need something, I need to contact my bank for having a little bit of support. I’m trying to get access for my wife to our joint accounts but they’re not able to solve it during the last 4 months.I was told my bank has not enough accounts to get real support.
c) For me, having so little support regarding login and security issue is quite a major issue. I’ve no update regarding my last security request 3 weeks ago.

Moreover, their interface is quite confusing. It’s focus on tramsactions and has no informations about stocks news.
