Thank you for contacting BrokerChooser. We have reviewed TraderTok’s publicly available information and legal documents. Our preliminary assessment identifies several points that warrant caution.
Operating company and Mauritius licence
TraderTok identifies its operator as Amber Rock Trade Ltd, company number 222594. A Mauritius government company list also contains an entry matching this name and registration number. This supports the company’s existence, but does not establish its current regulatory standing.
The certificate displayed on TraderTok’s website bears licence number GB24203892 and describes an “Investment Dealer (Full Service Dealer, excluding Underwriting)” licence, code SEC-2.1B, dated 18 June 2025. However, we could not retrieve the company’s record from the FSC’s public register during our checks. We therefore cannot independently confirm the licence’s current validity, any applicable restrictions, or the website’s association with the licensed entity. The displayed certificate alone is insufficient to complete that verification.
B-Tech Ltd in Cyprus
TraderTok describes B-Tech Ltd, registration number HE 414065, as its payment-processing agent. This does not, by itself, establish that TraderTok is regulated by CySEC or that clients receive EU investor-compensation protection. We have not independently verified B-Tech Ltd’s regulatory permissions or its contractual arrangements with Amber Rock Trade Ltd.
Withdrawal conditions and fees
Several provisions in TraderTok’s published terms deserve particular attention:
-
Bonus, credit or cashback arrangements may impose trading-volume requirements before withdrawals.
-
The company reserves discretion to limit withdrawal amounts and frequency for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes.
-
Accounts with no trade or deposit for 30 days may be classified as inactive and incur a $100 handling fee.
These are contractual provisions, not evidence that withdrawals have actually been refused improperly. Nevertheless, they could materially affect access to funds and account costs.
Client-fund protection
We could not establish from the materials reviewed a clear, independently verified position on client-money segregation or investor-compensation coverage. The website also warns that losses may exceed the initial investment, so negative balance protection should not be assumed.
Our searches did not identify a specific regulatory warning against TraderTok or independently substantiated evidence of systematic withdrawal problems. However, this is a limited public-source assessment, and the absence of such findings is not a guarantee of safety.
Given the unresolved licence verification and the contractual concerns above, we would suggest holding off on depositing funds until these points are clarified.
Regards,
Chris
