Is this page Scam?

Thank you for your question. First of all, please don’t use this broker as it’s a scam. Despite the broker mentioning on its website that it is regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission, they do not appear on the VFSC official website.
Also, they’re using a top-tier broker’s name illegally. This is the reliable GO Markets: https://www.gomarkets.eu/en/
Lastly, the website’s structure is very similar to other scam brokers I have found.
If you have any questions, please let me know.

Best,
Chris

Hey @CulturedShrub3595 thank you for your comment. Let me show you an example how you can decide if a broker is a scam or not.

  1. Go to the broker’s website and check the regulatory info. You can always find it in the footer (bottom of the homepage). For example, if you check IC markets (a global FX broker), you can find this info at the bottom:

  2. If there is no regulatory info at all, then it’s definitely a scam. Scam brokers don’t mention any real regulatory info at all. In the case of the broker @UntouchablePhoenix sent originally, we can see that they mention financial authority in Vanuatu, but there is no license or any other number. Also, we wouldn’t recommend using a broker regulated only in an off-shore country. These off-shore regions have very low-quality regulations.

  3. If there is regulatory info, as was the case with IC Markets, always cross-check it on the regulator’s website. For example, IC Markets has the CySEC license number and if you check this info on CySEC (https://www.cysec.gov.cy/en-GB/entities/investment-firms/cypriot/80418/), you can find that IC Markets is indeed regulated.

If you have any additional questions, please let me know.

Best,
Adam

@UntouchablePhoenix I took a look at DLS Markets and it’s scam too. Even if they mention they have VFSC regulation/license, you can’t find this info in VFSC’s database.

If you search for DLS, you find a different company:

Lastly, the website structure/design is very similar to the original website you sent us. Please don’t use any of them. You can find regulated and reliable brokers here: https://brokerchooser.com/broker-reviews
