Dear BrokerChooser Team,
I would like to bring the proprietary trading platform Pivex (pivex.com) to your attention and ask whether you could review it from a consumer-safety perspective.
Pivex states that it is operated by VITIORIA LIMITED (HE 477841), Cyprus, and that it is not a broker or financial institution and does not operate under the direct supervision of a financial regulator. According to its own disclosures, both its trading challenges and funded accounts operate in a simulated environment using virtual capital.
Users, however, pay real fees to participate in trading challenges. Successful participants may progress to the Funded Trader stage and become eligible for real monetary rewards based on their simulated trading performance.
I would particularly appreciate BrokerChooser’s assessment of:
- the legal and regulatory status of Pivex and VITIORIA LIMITED;
- the consumer risks associated with this simulated proprietary-trading model;
- the rules and discretionary powers under which accounts, strategies or trades may be restricted or disqualified;
- the circumstances under which rewards/payouts may be refused;
- the protection and dispute-resolution options available to EU consumers;
- how real monetary rewards are economically funded if trading remains simulated and the trader does not generate actual market profits.
I am not alleging that Pivex is fraudulent. I am requesting an independent review because the distinction between the real fees paid by customers, virtual “funded” capital and real monetary rewards may not be immediately obvious to consumers.

Thank you for considering Pivex for review.
