# Is valetax a safe broker?

Has anyone here traded with them long term or withdrawn funds successfully? I’m thinking of opening an account but wanted to hear some real experiences first.

Although Valetax does have regulatory oversight from The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius and the Financial Services Authority in St. Vincent and Grenadines, we generally do **not consider these offshore regulators stringent or trustworthy enough**.

We usually recommend using brokers overseen by **top-tier regulators** like the **FCA, SEC, or ASIC** , as these regulators are **more stringent** and enforce stricter rules for broker operations.
