# Is platform.pracusonline.com a scam?

Hi there,

Thank you for your message. I have looked into this trading platform and **it seems to be a scam**. Please don’t use it.

The reasons are the following:

- First of all, no regulatory information can be found of the company. Reliable brokers usually have the name of their regulator and license / regulation number shown in their footer. Also, I couldn’t find any documentation of their incorporation, or any contact details. This lack of transparency is a serious red flag.
- Secondly, certain mandatory information are missing from the company’s website, such as privacy policy, terms and conditions, general risk disclosure etc.
- Thirdly, I cross-checked and the website’s domain is relatively new, having been registered only a few months ago through a service known for a high percentage of scam or fraudulent sites. Since it lacks a track record, it is difficult to establish its credibility.
